Solid State Radars

FCR 10X LPI is an innovative “legacy” Fire Control Radar. The innovation is represented by the fact that the Transmitter is solid state based in the new Gallium Nitrate (GaN) technology and the receiver and processing are fully digital. It can be provided either in “Conical Scan” or in “Monopulse” version, either as a completely new radar or as a retrofit to modernize old FCR.

NAS 15S is an innovative “legacy” 2D Search Radar. The innovation is represented by the fact that the Transmitter is solid state, based in the new Gallium Nitrate (GaN) technology and the receiver and processing are fully digital. The digital Processing includes also the Track While Scan (TWS) Function

Multifunction Radar

MFR 10X is the first Italian AESA radar working in X Band. Therefore, its antenna is composed of many Transmitting-Receiving Module (TRM) grouped in four to form a QTRM. The main Functions are 3D Search and Fire Control Radar. Its accuracy is such to feed directly the Fire Control System both for artillery and missile guidance.

EW Systems

DESM is a fully Digital ESM system, sold in west and east Countries. It is based on a wide-open “folded” Digital Receiver architecture and provides very good performances. The Direction Finding measurement is based on both Amplitude and Phase comparison, achieving very good accuracy in spite the small antenna array dimension. DESM has a large library and is ready to be integrated with CMS Multifunction Console.

Super-Integrated Systems

AMIS is a “Super-Integrated System” composed of one Multi Function Radar (MFR), one advanced digital ESM and one advanced digital ECM sub-systems.

MIS (Multifunction Integrated System) consists of the functional integration of the MFR 10X Radar and the DESM EW equipment.
Digital Array Radars (DAR)

SEADAR is an advanced AESA radar derived from the VL family of advanced 3D Multifunction Radar (MFR) in S Band. The four fixed digital AESA faces are based on the Digital Array Radar (DAR) Technology, developed by Virtualabs. SEADAR is one of the first Digital Array Radar and is built with modular concept.
